Mochi, the sweet of Japan, is a Japanese dish with a unique soft, squishy and chewy texture, which is made from a kind of glutinous rice.
As mochi is made from water and glutinous rice, so it captures the pure and simple taste of rice. Available flavors are pandan, red bean and peanut butter.
1. As a preparation, defrost at room temperature for 1 hour.
